[SOLVED] Bios restart gone wrong

Hello i tried to restart BIOS via replacing "battery" but after i replace it my PC keep restarting after 5 sec of running. What should i do now ?

Why did you remove the battery in the first place? And pc setup please.

Hardware is old,it was first choice,but PC is now work ,battery was at 0%, so i placed a new battery and it works again
