Hey, I recently got my pc like 3 weeks ago, from the starting i have been wondering that my AIO fans are connected with Pwm header, i can change its light, its speed but in bios and other hardware monitoring software it says Zero RPM, It is aslo hapenning with my case fans, i dont think they are on pwm but still it should the rpm of the fan I guess. Anyone has any idea what's gone wrong here ?

Thanks

You should contact them as well, just in case, since some folks are very particular about their users tampering with their build(i.e, taking the side panel off). As for your motherboard's BIOS, you have two BIOS updates pending. Once your BIOS is updated, see if that changes the fan RPM's. On a side note, if the AIO is tethered to your motherboard as stated in the manual, then you shouldn't be having the 0RPM issue.
Make and model of your AIO? Make and model of your motherboard? BIOS version for said motherboard model? How are the fans tethered to the motherboard?

Motherboard - MSI Z690 Pro DDr4

Aio - AIO DEEPCOOL CASTLE 240 EX A-RGB BLACK

Bios Version And Date - 1.00, 14-09-2021

About fans tethered I actually I don't know I didn't assembled it my self my vendor did it for me
