bios screen glitchy only on pcie gpu

hello I have a asus p8z77 v lk motherboard with intel core I 5 2500k
gpu is a gigabyte hd 6870 oc the three fan version. when I go into bios on my pcie gpu the screen looks weird. when I just use my integrated graphics the bios looks fine. here is what my bios screen looks like.

its not an actual screen shot from my computer its another one that looks exactly like mine same bios and all. thanks

could you lower the overclock of the gpu .
