Question BIOS Settings changes

I have a new PC:
B450 Tomahawk Max (Last BIOS update)
Ryzen 5 3600x
Gigabyte 1050Ti
RAM 4x4GB 2400MHz

After i make changes in BIOS, it stops working. It gives a black screen and DRAM Led turns on.

and what change did you make?
try just 1 or 2 stick of ram? reset the bios?
