What are the best BIOS settings for CPU and pc in normal or non-overclocking mode? (normal pc or no overclock)

1- CPU Smart FAN/2 & System Smart FAN
Disabled / Auto ؟؟
which one is better?
2- CPU FAN. Control Mode
Options: Quiet / Aggressive / Manual ؟؟
which one is better?
3-CPU Ratio Mode
Auto / ALL Cores / Per Core / Fixed ??
which one is better?
4- Enhanced Intel Speed Step Technology
Enabled / Disabled ??
which one is better?
5- Turbo Mode
Enabled / Disabled ??
which one is better?
6- Hyper-threading
Enabled / Disabled ??
which one is better??

Solution
If I were you, I'd first make sure that the motherboard is on the latest BIOS update. Then leave everything on Auto. Only when I'm confident to dig inside the BIOS(after I know that the system powers up and there aren't any hiccups).

Often times a setting wrongly input into BIOS can lead to heating/cooling issues, thus the logic behind leaving things alone.
