Bios settings on new build

Building my first PC and have been reading on BIOS settings and very confusing for most are telling you setting on supper PC or up grade but not much on how or what setting would be on a plain Jane PC need to be educated not beat over the head with computer pros bat

Greetings: You want the settings for a 100% guaranteed rock solid system, here it is: DEFAULT, On the other hand even if a system passes Prime95 for 12 hours it does not mean it is 100% stable.
