bios setup for OS dos

hello how can I install dos 5.22 on the ASUS cubex ??????
what jumper I need to set on the board ?????

Jumper settings on the motherboard have nothing to do with installing DOS.

If your having problems installing DOS please post complete information, error messages etc.
