Hello everyone,
I`ve been using this system for 2 years for editing purposes.
AMD Ryzen Threadripper 2950x
ASRock X399 Phantom Gaming 6
Corsair vengeance 16gb x 2 DDR4
AMD Radeon VII
Windows 10 Pro
my problem is as the title said, so in BIOS says dual-channel memory but only 1 out of 2 sticks detected. lets say my first ram stick is A and second is B
at first my ram position was
DIMA2 A
DIMB2 B
i tried all of this :
so after i tried number 4 i concluded that my ram is dead or idk what its called.
but i have the weird parts
so, is this software issue or my ram is just dead? if my ram is dead why the rgb is still on?
if anyone have possible fixes please let me know and sorry for my bad english.

i tried all of this :
- switch ram position from A to B and B to A (doesnt work)
- switch from DIMA2 DIMB2 to DIMA1 DIMB1 (still doesnt work)
- upgraded my bios from 1.10 to 1.30 (doesnt work)
- tried to boot up with only each of the stick (with A my pc wont boot up, with B my pc boots up)
so after i tried number 4 i concluded that my ram is dead or idk what its called.
but i have the weird parts
- my ram RGB still on both of them
- CPU-Z detect both of my ram
- BIOS detect dual channel but only shows 1 ram 16gb memory
- Windows only detect 16gb out of 32gb
so, is this software issue or my ram is just dead? if my ram is dead why the rgb is still on?
