[SOLVED] Bios time longer after I connect HDDs?

Hi, I have PC with Asus Prime X470 and Amd Ryzen 7 CPU, boot drive is NMVE m.2 Samsung 970 Evo.
I also have additional SSDs connected to sata ports. When I boot, last bios time is around 12 seconds.
But when I connect additional sata HDDs to my Motherboard, boot is much longer,
last Bios time shows as 25-30 seconds.
I already disabled any other boot device except that one m.2 drive in Bios settings, and I chose fast boot.
Is there any way to speed boot time when HDDs are plugged?

Solution
The bios time is how long it takes bios to hand control to windows
the time increases as it has more drives to check before handing over control.
fast boot just runs all the checks at once, it doesn't remove any. Ultra fast boot just removes ability to use USB at boot, none of them really stop checking attached devices.
You seem to have done everything you can in the bios.

have you checked drive health of hdd as it could be one is slow to respond.
I have an Aorus X570 and a R5 CPU and a 970 evo plus, I don't know what boot speed is with just it but with a 3tb hdd as well, Bios time is 17 seconds.
