Bios Update 64bit?

Hello im updating my bios version for my 78lmt-usb3 motherboard so i can install my 8350 but when i run the f4 version of the bios, it says that it is not compatible with my 64bit system. Where do i get the 64bit version?

Hi,
Try using Q-Flash in BIOS.
Download the latest compressed BIOS update file that matches your motherboard model. Extract the file and save the new BIOS file to a FAT formatted USB flash drive.
Then use the utility in BIOS.
