Hello friends, i need your help.
I have an ASUS M5A97 R2.0 motherboard with AMD FX-8320 cpu. Using windows 7 64bit.
I recently saw that i had M5A97 R2.0 LE Bios (2103 version) installed which i thought those where for a different type of MOBO so i wanted to install the latest "proper ones" (2603 version)
Little i did know ...
Before this "update" my PC was running perfectly and now i keep getting blue screen of death after 2 seconds in windows (saying something about asmtxhci.sys )
I changed the CMOS jumper from pin 1-2 to pin 2-3 for 5 seconds and then placed it back to its original pin 1-2.
Is there any safe way to rollback to the bios i had (version 2103 ~ year 2013) that was perfect for my PC ?
I also noticed that in the Advanced settings, the AI TWEAKER (or something) tab (the one showing the RAM settings, which all are on AUTO) is FREEZING and i have to reset through the front button.
I can access ANYTHING in UEFI bios, EXCEPT that AI TWEAKER tab causing freezing after this fail "update" i did to the bios 🙁
Help me folks, god bless.

P.S. i also got this in safe mode.

Hello... aww... In safe mode...
let's see what the OS is reporting as the error... Right click computer-manage-Windows logs-system.... Click on the "RED" errors, for more information... and files/drivers/Apps, comments/suggestions/information associated with them B )

Posting screen images from here will help me, help you faster... But copy and posting text will work too B )

Hello... Let try a proper "battery removal" AND CMOS reset Clear to the MB ...ok? B /
Take your time here and be slow and careful to your MB... look in your MB manual/Pdf for pictures and location of the pins. B )
1) un-plug PS from wall.
2) remove MB battery
3) place jumper pins/switch on MB to clear the capacitors... for ~3 mins
4) remove Jumper/switch
5) re-install battery
6) plug monitor into the MB video output OR Video card for a BOOT display
8) plug in PS to wall
9) Boot computer.

so when i follow all these steps you mentioned above (1-9)
3) i relocate the jumper from pins 1-2 (which are right now) to pins 2-3 and leave it for ~3 minutes (instead of the ~5 seconds i did)
4) i place the pin to its original position (pins 1-2) and leave it there.
and that's how the capasitors are cleaned ?

Hello... Yes... We are trying to release all the energy from the memory circuit and Chips there... Putting them to "Digital" 'O" state in data... it's STEP #1 in all circuit board, electronic work and repair B ) the capacitor is there to give you reasonable time too put a New battery in, without losing memory.

-I did all above. At first saw a boot screen saying press F1 to configure bios settings or something similar.
Entered bios, clicked the AI TWEAKER and the PC froze again, restarted from button, loaded into windows for 3-4 seconds
and then blue screen again with asmtxchi.sys message 🙁

-Using 8gb (2x4gb) G.skill sniper DDR3-1866 Mhz
F3-14900CL9D-GBSR (product code)
One at slot 2 and the other one at slot 4 (is this correct?)

-My PC clock is set to 1/1/2008 and can't access google 🙁
