I am sure that my laptop is GS63vr 7rf and i update the bios for a different laptop successfully but last month my laptop wasn’t working and i send it to a repair shop is it possible that they changed the bios chip?What I think you were doing wrong:
The first time you tried to update the BIOS, that update was for a different laptop model, that's why you got error "Wrong Image Format".
In your first post you said your laptop was GS63VR 7RF, but it must be the GS73VR model if the BIOS update was successful from the link you provided above.
So has your BIOS update been successful now?
