You followed the step-by-step instructions in the PDF document included with the BIOS update package?

https://www.msi.com/Laptop/support/GS63VR-7RF-Stealth-Pro

an update i searched for my currently bios version and i found that it belong for this laptop https://www.msi.com/Laptop/support/GS73VR-7RF-Stealth-Pro
so i load setup default in the bios page and the bios did not change so i tried to update the bios for the laptop i just post the link for it and its work what does that mean

What I think you were doing wrong:

The first time you tried to update the BIOS, that update was for a different laptop model, that's why you got error "Wrong Image Format".

In your first post you said your laptop was GS63VR 7RF, but it must be the GS73VR model if the BIOS update was successful from the link you provided above.

So has your BIOS update been successful now?

I am sure that my laptop is GS63vr 7rf and i update the bios for a different laptop successfully but last month my laptop wasn’t working and i send it to a repair shop is it possible that they changed the bios chip?

They won't have changed just the BIOS chip, but they may have replaced the motherboard which amounts to the same thing. Only way to know for sure is to ask them, or look at the repair invoice.
