Bios update for INtel chipset Q45/Q43

I have a intel chipset Q45/Q43 motherboard and i want to make BIOS update but i dont know how...

It depends on the motherboard, not the chipset. You need to tell us what motherboard you have; use CPU-Z, Mainboard tab if you don't want to open your PC case.
