Bios Update for Phoenix Technologies

Hi,
I was wondering how do I update and bios and where can I get the download link.
Here are my specs:
HP-Pavilion
System type: x64-based PC
System model:RX883AAR-ABA m8020n
Processor: Intel(R) Core (TM)2 CPU 6420@2.13GHz
Bios Version/Date: Phoenix Technologies, LTD5.17, 4/20/2007

Can you please provide the model of the motherboard? I had a similar experience with my bios since HP doesn't make it easy to find their bios software...

EDIT: Is the motherboard model ASUSTek Computer INC. LEONITE? So far I haven't been able to find a version meant for windows 7. Try going to http://www8.hp.com/us/en/drivers.html and using auto-detect and see if you can find it from there
