Bios update gone wrong

I recently had an update on my Packard Bell AR5B22.

Now when I switch it on I get 2 short beeps and nothing else on the screen.

I have tried F2, F8, F12, DEL AND combinations of the above still with no joy.

I have removed the motherboard battery and shorted the reset link, still no joy.

I am at loss if there is anything else to do.

Please help.

your mobo bios is not functioning, take it to someone who can repair it or get a new mobo.

Or replace the BIOS chip, that would be a cheaper option
