BIOS Update: PLEASE Advise?

I have the Gigabyte Utility installed with my Z270X Gaming K7 mobo...it recently notified me that it has a Update for my BIOS to F8.....I have been hesitant to check the Update Box because I do not know if it will be a Trouble FREE download and upgrade? Can U PLEASE tell me, if you know, should it be "easy peezey" w/o problems?

GIGABYTE @BIOS app allows you to update your system’s BIOS from within Windows.

Many people consider a BIOS update from within Windows to be the least desirable way to update the BIOS. I suggest using the Q-Flash Utility described in Chapter 5 of the motherboard manual. There are some guides the show how it works on YouTube.

After downloading the BIOS file it is necessary to run the file in order to run the self-extractor. Trying to flash the BIOS with a compressed file will cause the flash to fail.

You also need to choose the BIOS file when flashing and not just the drive or folder where it is extracted.
