Hey guys! I don't have the most knowledge about this but I've bought a new gaming computer just last week (got it yesterday) and after doing my windows updates and drivers, it felt really slow somehow.

I saw a bunch of people suggesting a BIOS Update. Which I did. Now it won't boot up! My motherboard is a Gigabyte B360M DS3H. I used the gigabyte websites for the updated and software for it.

Here's the pictures of my BIOS: http://imgur.com/a/nVM28Vh

I'm sorry I don't have a lot of details but do you guys have any fixes for that?
ps: I cannot change the boot priority anymore since there's only what is showing up now

Solution
i would not use any direct download from the internet or software based flashing -
download the BIOS update you want to install, prepare a USB flash drive, if you can wipe it in disk management 3X, then format as FAT32, Extract the BIOS flash from the downloaded file and move the extracted file to the flash drive, insert the flash drive in a USB 2.0 (not 3.0) port, and go into BIOS

You want to use Q-FLash in your BIOS to flash - on that manual link i gave you above, there were two English manuals, one is 3.95MB - that one will contain instructions for Q-FLash - page 6

the other manual is more a set up manual, and good item to keep handy as well
clearing CMOS
1 turn computer off, then turn the PSU off (switch in the rear of computer where power cord connects to the computer
2 Hold power button down for 20-30 seconds to drain off any residual charge in circuits in the computer

3 then either hit the CMOS button on the back of the computer on your I/O panel, if you have one there, hold it down 15 seconds, or remove case side cover and remove the CMOS battery for 5 minutes

then re-install the battery, turn the PSU switch back on and see what happens when you boot up - Clearing CMOS will set BIOS back to defaults

EDIT: Nevermind that message, I just failed and unscrewed the wrong thing. [strike]Hey, thanks for the answer. I was about to try what you have said but I am now having a new issue. My CMOS battery is behind my graphic card and I can't seem to remove it! I have a lock on the right I can (barely) pull down and the right side of the card can start going out but the left side where it's plugged in won't budge. I unscrewed the stuff on the back of the PC holding it there. http://imgur.com/a/AccU1vF (green circle = not moving) There doesn't seem to be another secret lock behind it according to the Google pictures. Am I doing something wrong?[/strike]

i can'tt make out what in the hell i'm looking at there - but, a lot of motherboards these days have a CMOS button on the I/O panel on the back of the computer - have you looked there

if you're have a hard time getting to the rear plastic stub that pops up and locks the GPU in when you push it down into the PCIe slot, don't know if you can see from above, but i usually get a long rod maybe 6" - 7" long and on the cpu side of the GPU i can push that locking tab down, which unlocks the GPU

make sure you did as i suggested in terms of turning off the PSU at the back of the case, and then holding the front power button depresse for 20-30 seconds

here's a link to your a link to your motherboard's manual https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/B360M-DS3H-rev-10#support-manual - on pg 4, there's a layout of your motherboard, look along the bottom edge and there are two pins identified as "CLR_CMOS", then go to pg 19 for instuctions on clearing CMOS by shorting the two pins pictured

Hey, just removed the CMOS battery, will check again in 5 minutes or so.

I can't quite remember the method I used but it was some software on the gigabyte website.. it installed from the desktop and then asked me to reboot the PC, couldn't get back in after. I just know it updated to the version F11. I'll edit the post when I find out (will look now)

EDIT: It was there https://www.gigabyte.com/Motherboard/B360M-DS3H-rev-10#support-dl Went to utility and got the APP Center + @BIOS I believe. I followed the instructions of a video that I can't find.
