Hi all,
I have an Asus z170k motherboard using windows 10. I have upgraded to the latest version via USB (downloaded from the Asus site and into usb as *.cap). When it was going thought the process and rebooted, it just went all black screen and you can hear the CPU fan going a hundred miles an hour. Left it for a few minutes and turned it off (via holding the power until it did) then when I restarted again to the bios page, it's sitting as a new bios version.
Question since it didn't reboot properly do I need to do it again? It seems to be working fine except for if I go to the Ai suite in windows the vcore values have gone red but the values moves between .7 to 1.2.
I'm not sure why the CPU core voltage values are red instead of standard white.
Thanks
