Question Bios update

Alright so this morning I've seen on asus site is a new bios update (beta version), I download it install it and start the computer, 4 short beeps, I take every part out, put it back and try to start, nothing, I press the flashback button and try to start after, nothing, my ideas are done so I'm asking how I can go back to the older version of BIOS?
