Bios will not detect all of the Fans in the PC

HI, imm running a ASUS z87 Pro, I have an Antec 1100 Case, and I have all fanslots being used(total 6), when I log into my bios it only detects 3 fans, My cpu fan, one front, and one rear fan. The motherboard is detects the front(plugged into the mobo), and the rear(plugged into the case). don't understand why it wouldn't read the other 3 that are either attached to both the case and mobo.

It will only detect what is connected to the motherboard. Have to minimum 3 wire to be detected as well.

there are fans connected to my mobo that aren't detected either though
