Question BIOS Without Admin?

I've got a new SSD in the past few months, but can't make full use of it unless I can move W10 to it. I do not have Administrator permissions on my PC, and therefore cannot use a disk clone software. Additionally, my SSD hasn't got nearly as much space as my hard drive has stuff, so I couldn't clone without deleting some stuff that I'd rather not. Is there any way to access the BIOS to try and set it up as a boot disc?

Parents use MS Family, don't want me with admin permissions for obvious reasons.

Well then this is more of a social issue than a tech one.
Have a talk with your parents about moving the OS/reinstall on to the SSD, they dont have to give you permanent access to do that, or they can just watch you do it.
