[SOLVED] Bios won't let me change my Boot order

So I have downloaded windows installation tool on USB (to reinstall windows) and I want to set it as boot device in BIOS (I have SSD as OS drive and HDD as game drive etc...),but I just can't figure out what to put first.
I tried putting USB Hard drive on first spot,then USB Device on first slot and it just wont boot from it.


Please help me

Edit:
BIOS is very old,it has basic stuff and i enter it via F10 on bootup.
And RAM is working on 1333Mhz idk why it says 665 on speccy..

Do you have the motherboard User Guide/Manual?

I don't have any user manuals for Motherboard,and the link you sent has specifications displayed on their page. I have opened my pc and I'm pretty sure i got the same MoBo. I have tried setting the windoest installation tool on another USB device,same format Fat-32 I belive,and it displays same stuff in bios and I cant figure out the order of devices....

Looking back, set up the SSD with the OS (Windows 10) on it as the boot drive.

Get that working without having the Western Digital drive connected.

SSD at Drive(0).

Once working without issues then Western Digital at Drive (1) can be connected.

Just to update you, I have managed to reinstall windows.
When I created the installation files on the USB drive,i noticed 1 file called setup.exe. (I think that is it's name im not 100% sure)
I had no options left to try,so I launched that setup.exe (I think that is it's name im not 100% sure),and it promted me to installation as usuall,nothing new.
So if anyone has same issue,you can try the same thing I did.
