[SOLVED] Bios wont load up, first time build help

So basically Im building a computer for my nephew and I need help... I've checked if all the parts are suited for eachother, but maybe I've missed something? I went for an apu build as its a budget build and planning to invest in a graphic card later. These are the parts:
GIGABYTE GA-AB350-Gaming
Ryzen 5 2400g
Ballistix Tactical Tracer BLT8G4D30BET4K 8 GB
Aerocool Integrator 500W Power Supply, 80 Plus Bronze
For some reasons when I have the usb in the ports it doesnt even light up, when the keyboard is inserted it only lights for a second and turns off, however an usb lamp works all the time. I have tried to restart the motherboard by getting the battery out. Maybe the cables are in the wrong place but I dont think so? I had some problems with installing the heatsink but that shouldnt cause any damages?

That CPU requires a newer BIOS version, so that might be the reason. Try contacting AMD for a boot kit: https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/pa-100

So is the boot kit the only option? I cant download a newer version of the bios on a usb stick and stick it in?

It's not an option, since not able to access the BIOS.. You can try returning the board and buying instead a 450 one. A local pc store might also help.
