I bought this WD Green ssd and when I plugged it on my pc it wouldn't get recognized in BIOS. I don't think it's something to do
with the cables because I used the same sata and power cables as a fully working HD. The strange thing is that I already have another
WD ssd Green and it worked fine from the day I plugged it in.

What could be causing this?

My specs:

CPU:FX6300
MB: Asus M5A78L-M LX V2
RAM: 16GB DDR3
GPU: RX 550 4GB
3 HD + 2 SSD
PSU: Gamemax GP 650

Have you tried working with another set of cables for both data and power?

What could be causing this?
Are you on the latest BIOS version for your motherboard? If yes, then the 2.5" drive might be affected by a deficiency or power.

Speaking of power,
PSU: Gamemax GP 650
That PSU doesn't belong in a PC. All Gamemax units are badly built;

Ok, I just tried using a different set of cables and the problem persists. I've tried updating the Bios
but it didn't work.
