[SOLVED] BIOS works but after I boot media installation I get frozen loop

I recently got a new mobo Asus Prime Z370-A with I7-9700k. Think I screwed up by trying to boot my old SSD on it but then I reset CMOS and wiped the ssd. Now every time I boot up the installation tool I get stuck on Asus load up screen and a frozen dot wheel.

Corsair 650W RMX
RTX 2060 Super
Corsair Vengeance Pro 16 GB
120 GB SSD for OS

Ok now when I boot my
Keyboard and mouse shut off

unplug the power and take out the cmos to reset it.

GOT IT!, updated bios and changed fast boot to normal boot then changed it to boot off of Windows UEFI
