Bioshock Infinte Entry Point Not Found

When i try to open the game on windows 10 it shows
"BioShockInfinite.exe - Entry Point Not Found The procedure point CreateInterface could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\Games\BioShock Infinite\Binaries\Win32\steam_api.dll"
Help me

1. Was it working fine before?

2. If so, did you change ANYTHING at all since?

3. If not, did you try to VERIFY the game?

Update:
*Yeah, so the same folder by default is in the "Documents" folder not the "Games" folder and mine has no data in it.

I think the VERIFY option is the best bet unless you've incorrectly moved your data around.

Did you mean "noSTEAM" or simply the normal Steam program?

Okay but thnx
