Hello,
Just bought this a month ago, started to put it together. Hooked it up to a 500W power supply 4GB of DDR3 Memory, PCI-e Video card. Pushed the power button and all the fans come on execpt for the CPU Fan, no video or beeps are heard! Tested the CPU fan and it works! Reseated memory and video card and still it does not boot up. I get power to everything else!

What cpu are you trying to run? What video card? Your power supply may not have enough juice for the video card. It's always best to list complete system specs, including the ps brand, wattage, and 12v rail rating.
