[SOLVED] Biostar tb250 not booting

I have everything connected, and I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting everything, but the motherboard will not show anything on the monitor, I have tried connecting to the monitor from the gpu and from the motherboard and I can not get anything.
The fan on the cpu does spin and the red light is on the power/reset connector
I am using a celeron g4900
EVGA 850 bq
8gb ddr4 ram

I am afraid that the 4900 is not compatible with that board. Only with 300 series Intel boards.
