Hi Tom's community!

So i'm selling my current mobo / cpu / gpu to a friend, and now i have to buy new hardware.

I've determined that for my wants, needs and budget, the Core I5 3570K would be the weapon of choice, and i'm trying to figure out which of these mobos would be best. I've already read useful reviews, but i thought that i might use your opinions, knowledge and experience before buying.

I already have: 4 x 4GB Kingston Genesis 1600MHz, Patriot Pyro SE SSD (OS), WD Black 1TB 64mb cache 7200rpm (files), Thermaltake TR-2 600W PSU, Thermaltake Frio dual 120mm cooler, well ventilated case. I won't be replacing the gpu at the moment since intel's HD graphics should be enough for watching videos and stuff.

What do you guys think? Any other cheap mobo suggestion i might have missed?

Thank,
Max :)

Possible interrogations you might have:

Q: Why a 3570k to "watch videos and stuff"?
A: Future proofing, mostly. Plus i've had this one in my line of sight for a while now.

Q: Why not go with an LGA1150 4th gen core i5, or a 3rd gen i7?
A: 400$ budget, give or take a few bucks.

Q: Why pay for an overpriced Intel cpu?
A: Because i'm an Intel fanboy :p

Q: Why not go with an I3:
A: i already had an I5 750, and do not intend to go back down the food chain.

Edit: I live in Canada, here are what i've found to be the best price so far:
BIOSTAR TZ77XE3 115$, Gigabyte GA-Z77X-D3H 132$, Asus P8Z77-V LX 125$, Asus P8Z77-V LK 130$, Intel Core I5 3570K 230$

I'd go with the Biostar out of those 3
There's even been some subzero runs with on HWbot.
Biostar uses good quality VRMs and chokes.
Bios..is decent. Not as detailed as Asus but..quite adequate.
