Bitcoin miner comparison (Maximum budget of $5800)

Hi all,

So recently I've been seeing how bitcoins seem to be harder to mine but the profits are higher, so I have decided to start using ASIC miners. However, I have one small issue: I have no clue on which one to buy. I started out looking at this: http://www.xtrememiners.net/#!products/cngp but read that it was a scam. I also looked at the TerraMiner IV, but it seems to be more expensive per Megahash than the Xtreme Miners.

My question: Can someone please help me find a bitcoin miner with these requisites?:

Max. Budget of 5800 USD
Mhash/s/$ of at least 300
Uses less than 1500 watts
At least 300,000 Mhash/s

Mine SCRYPT alt coins, and convert them to bitcoin. Even some ASIC miners can't make a profit when competing with the electricity. I got 0.003 BTC/day with pure BTC mining, and 0.075BTC/day with the SCRYPT.

any one tried WebTerraBit miners? just learn they there have two high hash rate Bitcoin and litecoin miner, Kraken Bitcoin miner and Odin Litecoin Miner?
