Seen this news the other day. These are nice looking cases to me, especially the windowed version. Nice to have several different color options. Wish more case manufacturers would do this.

I have my own opinion about Bitfenix, but I'm curious what your experience was like that?

Really? Because I count two on the front of the case.

And my own opinion of this case: very simple and boring. Does not offer top mounted fan or radiatior support. Absolutely nothing ground breaking about this case. Makes me wonder why it's even going to sell.

Well... cant say I hate it, clean looking design, but nothing really special.

I have my own opinion about Bitfenix, but I'm curious what your experience was like that?

I purchased a Prodigy M around Christmas. The USB ports on the side were DOA (one never worked, the other worked intermittently). The BitFenix badge on the front of the case was also not attached and the adhesive was not sticky enough to keep it in place when I tried to attached it after retrieving it from the bottom of the box. I emailed BitFenix support no less than 4 times over the course of 30 days requesting an RMA. To this day, I have yet to receive a response.

Fortunately, Newegg worked with me and allowed me to return the case on their dime and receive a full refund. I was told that I wasn't the only one with these complaints by the Newgg rep.

I imagine their support would suck because the whole company only has 8 employees worldwide

They do indeed take a long time to get back to you - and even longer to get replacement parts, but they did replace my buzzing front-panel connection eventually
