Black bar on the right of my screen.

I have recently changed my resolution to 1920x1080 and a small black bar has appeared to the right on of my screen, I do not know much about computers, but when I try to take a picture it isnt there, sorry for the low amount of information, I have a nvidia geforce gtx 460 and my monitor is a Samsung SyncMaster SA100, thanks!

What is your video card and driver version? (have you updated the driver for your monitor?)

Once you have that info we can figure out the proper resolution & refresh rate.
