Black bars around screen after graphic drivers install... missing options in CCC

Hello!
After installing the latest drivers, the drivers before them, etc; i keep getting black bars around my screen. I have read thing saying that I need to change options in CCC but I have a minimal amount to select from?
This is one of the topics I tried, but have none of the options.
Anybody have any ideas as to whats going on.

no, using a LG monitor.

Both while on desktop and gaming.

I just found an overscan option in my monitor setting, turned it on and the black bars around the screen have gone from about 1" inch to a 1/2" inch.

the CCC looks different than the one I uninstalled 2 nights ago. should be more options. see if you can find a different driver with CCC.

no right click options on desktop? ( properties/settings )?

As I stated in my first post, I have tried numerous drivers, all with the same problem, only showing the options in the picture.
