I'm ordering my parts for new build tomorrow. Below are two builds one MATX and one Mini ITX. My total budget is $1000 usd including shipping and taxes(~$900-925 before taxes). I'm only ordering from Amazon and Newegg(doesnt have to all be from one or the other). Im open to any and all suggestions to maximize cost to performance. The 4070 Super is a placeholder as a friend is supposed to give me his however if that falls through I will get a 9070 XT.

My overall goal of the build is gaming performance in a smaller form factor.

Any help is appreciated.

I have reviewed the builds and personally I would do this. You want an OS drive with a DRAM cache and I added a very good fast drive. I also added in a shorter ATX PSU that is much better. Here is a review on that PSU. I also added in a better kit of faster RAM at the optimal speed for ryzen 9000 CPUs. Most of the 9000 series CPUs can do 6400 MT/s kits, and worse case you can set the speed to 6000 MT/s CL30 with the same kit.
