Question Black box glitch on my monitors ?

I have been having a weird problem with my pc/monitor I have no clue what the problem is, however I can run through the issues.

I updated from an old computer getting a gaming PC off AMAZON, however the issue with this was a glitch on my monitors, I sent the PC back to be fixed and then it still happened once they "fixed" it so after having the trouble with 1 PC two times, I thought to buy a BRAND NEW PC and some NEW Monitors.

My Brand New PC is from PCSpecialist and it uses two of the same monitors and a BRAND NEW DELL Curved Monitor with a few cables, and I still have these glitches, I have reinstalled Windows, and still get this glitch.

--- THE GLITCH is a black box varying in shapes but I can attach two images if I was allowed here, but essentially it happens more so on my right monitor, black boxes at times covering most of the monitor with little black lines coming from the black bx. I have seemed to exhaust every possible thing that this issue would relate and it still happens.

The only thing i can think of, considering all you said, are the cables. Either the cables arent good or they don't click well in the slots giving a corrupted signal.
