Black flag getting stuck

This is my specs:

RAM-4gb

Graphics Card-Zotac Nvidia Geforce gt 610 synergy edition

Processor-Intel® Core™ i3-3220 Processor
(3M Cache, 3.30 GHz)

OS-Windows 7 Ultimate(64 bit)

Black flag is getting stuck at some points after 2 or 3 minutes it will come back.is there any way to overcome this problem pls help...

Your PC lacks the capabilities to play newer games.

First off get a new gpu.
2nd step would be to get 8gb of ram
3rd to up fps would be to upgrade to an i5.

There is no fix. The 610 is just a really bad gpu.
