Hello, I am currently in the process of going from 1 computer to 2 computers but also need to do it within a budget, and need some advice.

I currently have an;
CPU: i5 4690
GPU: GTX 960
SSD: 240gb
HDD: 1TB
Mobo: Z97 EXTREME4 ATX LGA1150 Motherboard

My end game goal is too have a Streaming PC, and a PC for gaming/editing but I am stuck in between building a PC for Editing/Gaming or would it make more sense to just swap out my GPU and then use my current one for Gaming, build a 2nd one for Editing/Streaming?

So here was a PC I put together parts wise that I intended for Gaming/Editing. And then using my current PC for Streaming.

Total: $1,480. And theres some rebates so even cheaper.

Or there was these two on Newegg for black friday sale:

If anyone has advice on the best route to take to achieve 2 PCs, and handle what I need to be able to do that would be beyond great! I am fine with building a PC, have built 3. Am fine with swapping parts around, etc to achieve the best setup. And I am aware I would need a capture card.

$1500 is my budget, with or without capture card. No higher than $1500 for the PC itself though!
