Ordered a bunch of items from NewEGG from the Black Friday Sale.

I worked with NewEgg and the customer support chat was straight forward. Not very personable but at least they were professional.
I have a claim started and am hopeful that it will resolve quickly.
I'm frustrated that instead of being able to get my build set up this week I'm going to have to wait 7 days or so for them to process. I just hope the claim goes well, I've been buying from Newegg for years now and have sent lots of family members and friends to them over the years.
I'll update everyone here on how my claim goes.
