Black Friday New Egg - Missing item in Shipment

Ordered a bunch of items from NewEGG from the Black Friday Sale.

Box was supposed to have:

1. DEEPCOOL MATREXX 70 ADD-RGB 3F Mid-Tower Case
2. MSI GeForce RTX 2070 SUPER
3. AMD RYZEN 5 3600X 6-Core 3.8 GHz (4.4 GHz Max Boost) Socket AM4 95W 100-100000022BOX Desktop Processor
4. EVGA 750 GQ Power Supply
5. Team T-FORCE VULCAN Z 16GB (2 x 8GB) 288-Pin DDR4 SDRAM DDR4 3200
6. Intel 660p Series M.2 2280 1TB PCIe NVMe 3.0 x4 3D2, QLC Internal Solid State Drive (SSD)
7. GIGABYTE Z390 UD LGA 1151 (300 Series) Intel Z390 SATA 6Gb/s ATX Intel Motherboard

Items 2-7 were supposed to come in one shipment. I was excited to start my build but when I opened the box the AMD Processor was missing from the box.

I worked with NewEgg and the customer support chat was straight forward. Not very personable but at least they were professional.

I have a claim started and am hopeful that it will resolve quickly.

I'm frustrated that instead of being able to get my build set up this week I'm going to have to wait 7 days or so for them to process. I just hope the claim goes well, I've been buying from Newegg for years now and have sent lots of family members and friends to them over the years.

I'll update everyone here on how my claim goes.

Um.... I think you have a bigger problem here. Why do you have an AMD Processor with an Intel Z390 Motherboard? Had all the parts been included in the box you would still have no functional build as that is not going to work.

Yeah, that wasn't gonna work anyways. Maybe it was for the better that the package was lost. Before you went on cramming an AMD chip into an Intel motherboard.

Doesn't really matter what you ordered, as it wouldn't have assembled, and worked, anyway. Next time, before you buy, maybe use PCpartpicker, to make sure your parts are compatible. https://pcpartpicker.com/list/
