Black Friday- Streaming Computer

Hi guys!

Goal: I want to stream league of legends with 0 fps lag (so sit around 60 FPS).

My current computer:
i7 920 + unknown MOBO (THESE HAS GOT TO GO!)
650 Ti 2GB
8GB Ram
128 GB SSD
600 W Corsair

Ideally, I really want to upgrade my computer WITHOUT having to buy any more new parts besides the CPU+MOBO.

I been looking at the 4770k, but I'm afraid it's overkill.
I'm not afraid to overclock, BUT I have almost 0 knowledge of how to. However, I can follow instructions like a monkey so if there is a youtube video that walks me step by step.. then I can do it.

TOO LONG: DIDN'T READ: Black Friday and I want to replace my CPU+mobo to stream. I can overclock, but have no knowledge. However, I am willing to learn.

By the way.. in case you guys are wondering why I was fixated on the 4770k, I used:

Don't know if this is a good test? (sorry im a noob) but I just looked for the cheapest CPU with the highest rankings lol

I WAS LITERALLY LOOKING UP BLACK FRIDAY STREAMINF COMPUTER DEALS AND THIS POPPED UP. OMG I WAS PRIMARILY FOCUSED ON STREAMING LEAGUE OF LEGENDS, did you find new parts or do you like recommend anything??
