Question Black laptop screen on a running laptop: graphics driver problem ?

Warm greetings!
I am experiencing black laptop screen while it is still on (ASUS X510UA, Windows 10). It means a world to me if anyone can help me solve this issue:
A) I can have--mostly, not always--access to the screen (without hard rest dozens of times) only if I directly connect the laptop to a 2nd screen via HDMI port.
B) Only when I uninstall graphic driver in the Safe Mode, my laptop screen works once (not after "Hibernate"/ "Shut Down") . Thus, if I could get it back to normal (by following 1-7 methods), it will reverse to black screen again after "Hibernate"/ "Shut Down" (screen works after "Restart" or when I use "Hibernate"/ "Shut Down" and turn it on again within 5-7 minutes,).
D) I ran RAM test (RUN--> mdsched.exe), and everything was ok. My guess, graphic driver problem.
****
What I did so far:
1) Shortcut keys: Windows logo key + P or Ctrl + Alt + Del./ Windows logo key + Ctrl + Shift + B. (rarely work)
2) Hard reset many times (not only via power button but also disconnecting the battery by opening the laptop).
3) Startup Setting--> Enable Low-Resolution Video Mode==> Uninstalled Graphic Driver
4) Re-installed my Windows three times!
5) Startup Setting--> Reset BIOS
6) Startup Setting-->Deleting the updates--> It only solved the white-halo-around-screen problem
7) Startup Setting-->Safe Mode ==> Uninstalled "Graphic Driver" and "Monitors"
But every time I hibernate/ shut it down, the same story of black screen begins.
In the Device Manager, the Graphic driver always reads as "UPDATED". I downloaded the graphic driver from https://www.asus.com/support/download-center, and installed it all in vain.
8) Startup repair couldn't repair your PC. Windows Repair log:

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

Re-installed my Windows three times!
Where did you source the installer for your OS? You might want to recreate your bootable USB installer and install the OS ion offline mode(without access to the internet) to avoid the OS from downloading driver it thinks is right for your laptop.

ASUS X510UA
As for your laptop, can you see if you have a BIOS update pending for your laptop?

Startup Setting-->Safe Mode ==> Uninstalled "Graphic Driver" and "Monitors"
If you're able to get into your OS in Safe Mode, use DDU to remove all GPU(Intel, Nvidia and AMD) drivers then boot to OS GUI, manually reinstall with the latest GPU driver in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.

Countless thanks for your warm welcome message and helpful comments.
The black screen issue still seems unsolved. After any shut down/ hibernate , it needs dozens of hard reset or HDMI connection.
If there is any recommendation, I will embrace it full heartedly.
WHAT I DID:
1) I re-installed Windows via bootable USB (Create a recovery drive—> back up system files) my other bootable USB (WITHOUT back up) could not boot OS . The internet was disconnected during the whole process.
2) BIOS version : 312, Device Manager —> properties—> working properly+ up-to-date
Do you recommend another method?
3)DONE: Safe mode—> removed all GPU (I removed all GPU available in DDU ) —> restart —> reinstalled GPU (Run as Admin) which I downloaded from asus.com (Intel (R) HD Graphics 620, version 27.20.100.8477 , date 7/8/2020). I tried both normal and safe mode to reinstall GPU.
