So, this morning when I turned on my monitor, I noticed black lines had appeared across the bottom of my monitor. They persisted after a computer restart, BUT went away when I changed my display settings for my monitors from Duplicate to Extend.
My computer is hooked to two monitors and a TV. The lines only appeared across the bottom of my primary display, which is

My secondary monitor is a Dell SE2717H/HX.
The display's native resolutions are the same, though the primary monitor does have a much higher refresh rate than monitor 2. This is the first time this has happened since I purchased the monitor a little over a year ago.
I DO have a protection plan for the thing. Is it time to file a claim? Replace a cable? Just keep an eye on it?
(I did also have a new video card put in about a week ago.).
