Black Lines/Borders appear when games are opened in full screen.

Every time I try to open and play a game (Sniper Elite 3, Batman Origins) I get these black lines/borders at the bottom and to the right of the screen. This has started happening today, normally it never happens. This only happens in games, it's perfectly normal on desktop,running chrome, etc. I don't know what the problem is or how to fix it.

(AMD R9 270 GPU, 1920x1080 TV Monitor)

do you have the game setting in 1920x1080 ? Some games start without it and you may have to set it manually blackbasr usually only happends at does times

Yes I do have all of them for 1920 x 1080 and they all used to work just fine

do you have them set to borderless
try going in to the game settings and see if it has it set to borderless or windowd if thats the case put it to fullscreen
