Black Ops 2 - error during initialization unhandled exception

Hi guys .. i recently installed non-original BO2 and steam has installed automatically with the game and when try to open it .. it gives an error dialog something like :

error during initialization unhandled exception

please help guys .. i really want to play this game ..

If u havce a internet ....
then turn of the router then strat the game....
it works....
this is happend also me!!!!
