Question Black screen after CPU upgrade ?

I have a gigabyte ga-h61m-ds2 mother board with a i3-2120 cpu but now i got a i5-3330 cpu but when I install it the screen stays black. Pc does come on fan running but screen stays black. When i put i3 cpu back in it works fine. Please help

what the bios version on the motherboard? might need to update
