First post here so bare with me
So, about 2 weeks ago my graphics card broke for an unknown reason, i got error (code 43)
"Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)"
I tried everything the forums told me to do, trying to fix it but no solution worked which lead me to believe that the card was broken. This made me buy a new card (gtx 750ti) I uninstalled the drivers, entered the new graphics card inside the case, turned on the computer. At start the computer lagged out, heard a couple of "beeps" and then after a minute or two the computer went into a black screen. Tried fixing the problem but it did not work and i do not know what to do anymore, the only other way i am thinking of is updating the BIOS but i am afraid i will brick my motherboard so i am here to ask if there is another way without updating the BIOS.
my specs are
alienware aurora r4
Motherboard: 07JNH0 MB_Version: A00
processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-3820 CPU @ 3.60GHz
PSU: 550W
Also the bios version is A03
Thank you in advance!
