Black screen after installing graphic drivers

I installed the graphic drivers on my old computer with windows XP. After i booted the computer my screen said "No Signal" and then went black. I plugged the screen to another computer and it worked just fine. The thing is I cant do anything with my computer right now since the screen is just black. Please help!

Are u plugging the VGA/DVI cable into the right socket of your I/O panel? You gotta plug them into the graphics card VGA/DVI socket not the motherboard VGA/DVI sockets.

Yes it is plugged into the graphic card.
