Dmp files are the files created when Windows crashes. I believe it needs to be set up for them to do so. At the bottom of your screen shot you can see the PC "dumping physical memory". Event viewer may also give you an idea what happened as well, but I still believe it's associated with the graphics driver. One last thing you could try is installing a previous graphics driver; sometimes the newest one can be problematic so a more stable version should be used.

This provides a way of configuring PC to create the dmp files if it hasn't been already. May vary depending which version of Windows. Don't worry about the debugging and reading part (unless you want to have a go, of course).

The timing you mention and the driver it mentions in the error suggests a graphics driver issue.

What you'd likely have to do is boot into safe mode, uninstall the driver you have and reinstall it. (At the very least, if you can boot into safe mode then it strongly indicates it's a graphics driver problem.)

I would suggest you take a look at this first about clean driver installation. To be on the safe side I would also suggest you download the driver again in case the previous one was corrupted during the process.

sir obakasama thank you for taking time to respond, after following your suggestion, downloaded DDU and on the NVIDIA site as suggested on the DDU page.. restarted computer, it worked until the welcome page then restarts on its own and blue screen just like the image i attached.. in short, it didnt worked 🙁

Perhaps there's more at stake than the usual driver problem there.

Could you get into safe mode without any problems? Because the next thing would be for someone to look at the dmp files generated when a PC crashes. I would suggest posting on the Windows forums with that information and see if frequent members there could look at them.

yes i can get to safe mode without any problems.. i am sorry but i dont have any idea what dmp files are.. are those found in event viewer?

To upload them here, you'd need access to some form of public accessible server, like SkyDrive or GoogleDrive.
