[SOLVED] Black screen after reflow

Hello!
I have Lenovo z51-70 and have had a gpu artifact problem. I read an article about BGA reflow and tried it myself, but now screen is completely black and fan stops spinning after few seconds.
When I move RAM stick to second block Fan stays on, so i think it's CPU problem somehow. BIOS side button does not work.
Laptop don't give any beeps or flashes, only power LED is ON. Question here is: do i have to replace entire MOBO, or try to reball CPU and GPU?

Yes you will probably need a new motherboard, but since it's already dead no harm in trying whatever you were planning to do.
