Black screen after trying to add two hard drives

Hello.

My pc starts, but the screen doesn't receive a signal after I tried adding two HDs with files to my pc. One of them had the precious pcs OS on there, which I had forgotten.

I really need your help, I'm very worried! I thought adding a hard drive was easy but I managed to screw up pretty bad.

My pc:
AMD radeon rx480
Intel i5 (I believe)
SSD with 248gb
8gb ram

Edit: based on other suggestions include also replugged most of the power cables, reseated the RAM, checked if all fans are working, but still no improvement!

Have you tried disconnecting the new drives? Perhaps one has a blown TVS diode that is shorting the system. So be sure to disconnect everything including power from the drives.

Hey Jared. Yes I've unplugged both the hard drives, returned everything to original setting, but the problem persisted.

So far on advice of others I've also tried unplugging the ssd, cd drive and graphids card and run on integrated graphics, but still a back screen.
