Black screen and restart

I have a GTX 780 TI card from ASUS and i set the Power Target to 110%,Temperature target to 82 degrees and fan speed to 100%.After i play some high end games my monitor shuts off and after some seconds the computer restarts.Any ideas why?

Something crashed windows and it auto- restarted. You can disable this auto restart by pressing f8 during POSt and you'll see the option near the bottom of the list.
